Kaspersky Password Manager Suffers from Familiar Problems

The field of password managers just got a little bit more crowded. Computer security company Kaspersky has released the Kaspersky Password Manager, which has several intriguing password protection features. However, it suffers from some of the same problems that plague password software programs.

Kaspersky software manager does have several interesting features. One is a virtual keyboard that allows you to enter the master password to access your online account information. This provides protection against hackers who would use keystroke logging tools to steal account information.

But like with any software tool, the Kaspersky Password Manager only works on computers on which it is installed. This is not incredibly helpful if you are using a different computer than your primary workstation or laptop. For people who use more than one computer, an online password manager such as Mitto.com is a better solution.
